Architect and designer Antony Gasnier grew up in the foothills of the Jura before spending more than a decade in Canada. Now based in Switzerland, he develops a practice at the intersection of architecture, design, and material exploration. His designs are defined by a careful study of contrasts: navigating the delicate balance between presence and absence, weight and tension, and the dialogue between noble and contemporary materials. By employing a minimalistic, sculptural language, he seeks to create objects that offer balance, harmony, and a quiet beauty.
